ph776 Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights Before You Play

01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "ph776" or "the Platform" refers to ph776.best and all services, games, and features accessible through it.
• "Member" or "You" refers to any registered user of ph776 who has completed account registration.
• "Account" refers to the personal account created by a Member to access ph776 services.
• "Funds" refers to the PHP balance held in a Member's ph776 wallet, whether deposited or won.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits issued by ph776 that are subject to separate wagering conditions.
• "Real Money Funds" refers to PHP amounts deposited by the Member from their own payment source.
• "Bet" or "Wager" refers to any real-money stake placed on a game, sporting event, or other outcome available on ph776.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by Philippine regulations.

02 Eligibility and Registration

To open and maintain an account on ph776, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ph776 operates in strict compliance with Philippine law regarding the minimum gaming age.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and during gameplay.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion registry maintained by the Philippine gaming authority.
• You must be registering for personal use only. Corporate, institutional, or third-party accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of ph776 or any of its affiliated companies.

Each person may hold onlyone account on ph776. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed. Any funds in duplicate accounts may be forfeited pending review.

When you register, the information you provide must be accurate, complete, and current. ph776 will require identity verification (KYC) before processing your first withdrawal. Accepted identification documents include any valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a Philippine Passport, SS/UMID card, PhilSys National ID, Driver's Licence, or Voter's ID.

03 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your ph776 account credentials. This includes your username, password, and any two-factor authentication device linked to your account.

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone. ph776 staff will never ask for your password.
• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on other websites or applications.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if available — this is strongly recommended.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Notify ph776 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

ph776 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the Member has failed to maintain appropriate security practices. In cases of confirmed unauthorised access reported promptly, ph776 will investigate and take reasonable steps to protect the affected account.

04 Deposits

All deposits to ph776 accounts must be made in Philippinesos (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. ph776 accepts deposits via the following channels:

• GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph (e-wallets)
• InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers
• BDO, BPI, and UnionBank online banking
• Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards

Deposits must originate from payment accounts held in your own name. ph776 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. If a deposit is received from an account that does not match the Member's registered name, ph776 may hold or reverse the deposit pending verification.

ph776 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees — these are not controlled by ph776 and are the Member's responsibility.

Deposits are typically credited within minutes for e-wallet transactions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one banking day depending on the originating institution.

05 Withdrawals

Members may withdraw their Real Money Funds balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ₱100
• KYC (identity verification) must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the Member's own name
• ph776 does not charge withdrawal fees on its end; recipient bank or e-wallet fees may apply

ph776 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfers may take one to two banking days. In cases where additional identity verification is required, processing may take longer and ph776 will communicate this directly to the Member.

ph776 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawal requests as part of its anti-money laundering compliance obligations. This is a regulatory requirement, not a reflection on the Member's conduct.

06 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and game play on ph776 are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific or sport-specific rules published within the relevant section of the platform:

• Bets are final once confirmed. ph776 does not accept bet cancellation requests except in cases of clear system error.
• In the event of a technical error that affects game or sporting event outcome, ph776 reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes.
• For sports betting, ph776 uses the official result as declared by the relevant governing body or league for settlement purposes. If an official result is later revised, ph776 will re-settle affected bets accordingly where practical.
• If a sporting event is cancelled and not completed within 30 days of its originally scheduled date, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum winings per bet, per day, and per event may apply. Current limits are displayed in the relevant betting section of the platform.
• ph776 may limit or restrict betting markets, bet amounts, or specific Member accounts if suspicious betting patterns are detected. This does not constitute an admission of wrongdoing by the Member but is a standard risk management practice.

All slot games and casino games on ph776 use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently tested. Published Return to Player (RTP) figures are accurate and represent the theoretical long-run payout percentage. Individual session results will naturally vary.

07 Bonuses and Promotions

ph776 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonus credits are issued in addition to Real Money Funds and are held separately in your account wallet.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement — the amount you must bet before bonus-derived funds become withdrawable. The wagering multiple and eligible games are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the expiry period stated in the promotion. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of this period.

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, device, and payment method. Abuse of promotional offers — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus funds.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ph776 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referal to relevant authorities:

• Opening multiple accounts or allowing others to operate your account on your behalf
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with ph776 games or betting markets
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs, or lopholes in games or the platform for financial gain
• Coluding with other players in poker or card games to gain unfair advantage
• Match-fixing, arbitrage betting designed to abuse promotional terms, or any coordinated manipulation of betting markets
• Using ph776 in connection with any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity
• Providing false personal information during registration or identity verification
• Accessing ph776 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is illegal

If ph776 identifies evidence of prohibited conduct, the affected account will be suspended pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a violation, account funds may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature and extent of the conduct. ph776 will cooperate fully with law enforcement where required.

09 Responsible Gaming

ph776 is committed to providing a safe, enjoyable gaming environment. We take responsible gaming seriously and provide the following tools directly within your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you've been playing for a set period.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from ph776. Exclusions are enforced immediately and cannot be reversed during the selected period.

10 Privacy and Data

11 Account Suspension and Closure

ph776 may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• Suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity
• Receipt of a chargebacks or disputed transaction that has not been resolved
• Request from a regulatory authority
• Death of the account holder (the account will be handled in accordance with applicable Philippine estate law)

Members who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting ph776 support. Any verified Real Money Funds balance will be returned to the Member via their registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe after all pending bets have been settled and identity verification requirements are met.

Accounts that have been dormant (no login or transaction activity) for more than 12 consecutive months may be flaged as inactive. ph776 will notify the Member via their registered email address before taking any action on inactive account.

12 Limitation of Liability

ph776 provides its platform and services on "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous, error-free operation, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

ph776's total liability to any Member in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the value of the funds in that Member's account at the time the claim arises. ph776 is not liable for:

• Losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance downtime
• Losses arising from internet connectivity issues outside ph776's control
• Indirect or consequential losses of any kind
• Losses arising from a Member's own error in placing a bet or operating their account

This limitation does not affect any statutory rights you have under Philippine consumer protection law.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from the use of ph776 that cannot be resolved through the platform's internal complaint process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.

ph776 operates under a licence issued by the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority. Members who believe ph776 has failed to comply with its regulatory obligations may file a complaint directly with that authority.

14 Amendments to These Terms

ph776 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ph776 will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• Send a notification to the email address registered on your account
• Display a notice on the ph776 platform for a reasonable period following the change

Continued use of ph776 after an amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you may close your account before the changes come into effect. Your Real Money Funds balance will be returned to you.
